Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is a pre-order item, the order will be sent after the given time frame on the product description. 

 

New Zealand

Free NZ delivery is available for orders over $80. For orders under $80, we charge $7.5 for non-rural local delivery. For rural address, we charge $13 for shipping.

 

Australia

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of NZ$20 via NZ Post/Australia Post. This is tracked and normally taking 7-15 business days to arrive. Currently we only ship to urban address.  (please note we currently cannot ship to Tasmanian due to Australian post restrictions).
 

United States

Shipping to United States is approximately NZ$30, depends on your actual address. Please email us or DM us via Instagram before placing order.

 

Rest of the world

Please contact us and we will give you the shipping information in regards to your country.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
